Why is your price so cheap?

Our philosophy is to provide the most for your money. We have no salespersons that add cost, no excess frills, no fluff – just the real stuff. Packages shown are a base and we limit the number of groups that we allow each year.

What is the price difference for smaller groups?

The cost is very similar – there are a few fixed cost that will lead to a small increase in price.

Do you customize itineraries?

Nearly 90% of our groups change the plans to suit their needs.

Are there any free trips?

We include one free chaperone for each 15 paying participants.

What kind of hotels should we expect?

We use hotels with inside corridors in safe locations. The chains we use are Quality Inn, Sleep Inn, Holiday Inn Express, County Inn & Suites or similar

Who do we contact in case of emergency?

Our sales director or president is available 24/7 to assist in solving any problem.

What extras do groups commonly request that you provide?

We can accommodate almost any request. We pay stipends to teachers/organizer, add meals as requested, provide overnight guards at the hotels, provide a full time escort, add attractions, etc.

What is the minimum group size for your trips?

Encore generally works with groups of 20 people or more, and can accomodate much larger groups.

Do you offer trips outside of the United States?
